cs777 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context clearly indicates otherwise:

Where duplicate accounts are identified, cs777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

cs777 may require Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. cs777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Minor changes (such as formatting corrections, clarifications, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Continued use of the cs777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised terms should close their account before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cs777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the statutory rights of Players under the consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable to a Player in their jurisdiction of residence, the applicable mandatory legislation shall prevail to the extent of that conflict only.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By registering an account or using the cs777 Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the cs777 Platform and should not register an account.
